Wow. I read through some of the fatwas and found some very interesting religious judgments regarding what is permissible or not. Searching under "jihad" brought up some interesting questions--but nothing radical. All in all nothing to fear...
I did a search for “mormon” and it pulled up one comment about a Muslim man who was thinking about divorcing his Mormon wife. The Mufti referred to the woman as one of the Ahle Kitaab (Jews and Christians). I thought this was interesting because many Christian sects will not accept the Mormons as Christians, but Muslims will. It also appeared as though the Mufti was telling the person to try and convert his wife to Islam. This sounds like a typical Mormon and nonMormon marriage where a bishop and ward would try to convert the nonMormon.
